Thank you for booking. Your card has not been charged yet. Your card will only be charged once a sitter has been successfully assigned, which typically happens within 48hrs.

If we are unable to assign a sitter, no charge will be made. You will receive a notification email in either case.

After the sit has been completed, we will automatically charge the same card for the remaining balance based on the agreed rate and hours worked, unless the sitter has requested to be paid by bank transfer. You will always receive a receipt after payment.

By confirming your payment details, you allow Faye’s Sitters to charge your card for this booking and future payments in accordance with the terms.
