Soon after the sit starts, we will contact you to do a welfare check on you to ensure that you are happy and confident with the family and the sit. During your sit, we are contactable, if you feel you need any support or guidance. Your safety, happiness and wellbeing is our priority.

After each sit, we will ask you to confirm the sit end time and then payment from the family is processed securely through our payment system called Stripe. The money is transferred directly into your bank account, no chasing, no cash, no stress. You retain all of your hourly babysitting fee, minus a small processing charge from Stripe.

We only require some basic details about you to begin the registration process. Once you have submitted the form you will receive an email from us requesting your full CV, including references, and inviting you to a short phone interview.

In order to work with us you will be required to get an advanced DBS check unless you already have one and have registered with the update service.

Once your DBS has returned, you will be issued a contract to sign and encouraged to read over it with any parents/guardians if you are under 18.

Onboarding Session
Once your contract is signed, you will be invited to an online new sitter workshop to welcome you to the company, give you a brief intro to our systems and give you an opportunity to ask any questions. We want you to feel confident and supported as a Faye’s Sitter Babysitter.
