We believe booking trusted childcare should be straightforward and fair. You pay the sitter’s rate, plus a small service fee that helps us keep Faye’s Sitters safe, reliable, and running smoothly.

We take a flat rate £7 booking fee at the time that we confirm your sit. After your sit is completed, we collect the sit fee on behalf of your sitter and immediately pay the entire fee to them.

Plans change, and we aim to be fair. - Cancel more than 24 hours before the sit and you will receive a 50% refund of your booking charge. - Cancel within 24 hours and the booking fee is non-refundable. - If the sitter cancels, we will try to match you with another sitter. If this is not possible, you will receive a full refund of your booking fee.
