We believe booking trusted childcare should be straightforward and fair. You pay a small booking fee to us and the sitter’s fee straight to them and you have can feel confident about getting a great sitter with a great support system behind them.

We take a flat rate £7 booking fee at the time we confirm your sit. After your sit is completed, we will email you the sitter’s bank details so you can pay them directly.

Plans change, and we aim to be fair. - Cancel more than 24 hours before the sit and you will receive a 50% refund of your booking charge. - Cancel within 24 hours and the booking fee is non-refundable. - If the sitter cancels, we will try to match you with another sitter. You will be emailed the sitter’s bank details and can send payment directly using your banking app. We ask that all payments are made within 24 hours. If payment is not made promptly, we will contact you to follow up.
